None. The site will be used to schedule and coordinate assets with work sessions. Assets include horses, horse trailers, pickup trucks, and arena locations; staff include MHTs and ESs. Work sessions will be scheduled in blocks of 15 minutes, horses must be moved from stall to arena and back, which takes time. Site will also be used to record work session notes and information: written and audio notes, who the client(s) are, what payment was received, what were per session and per day costs. Site should keep track of client info, name, address, etc, which forms have been signed, referred by, intake date, etc. The site can be totally plain, with simple text menus, and plain label:field – style data capture. It’s all about getting the info into the db and providing the scheduling calendar. So the calendar would allow selecting the time blocks for the work session, arena location, selecting the MHT(s), the ES(s), the horse(s), the client(s). Once the work session is setup, the implied travel time for the horses is automatically added to the calendar. when a second session is added to a particular location, the MHT(s) and ES(s) and horse(s) are implied (but can be changed), but the client still needs to be selected. A graphical interactive calendar would be great, but at the very least, a calendar display showing scheduled sessions by: locations, horses, & staff. Reports would be things like – horse useage – hours/horse/day, week/month, ES & MHT hours, – client-specific, like sessions attended, when & where , who MHT & ES & horses were, notes, missing signatures flagged This is the site in broad strokes.
